The Route House is committed to serving those directly and indirectly impacted by recent executive orders and other actions that are traumatizing the federal workforce and just generally making miserable those who serve our nation through federal employment, federally-funded non-profit programming, etc. In fact, we are hustling our website into existence a few months ahead of schedule to support our affected friends (and ourselves!). Currently we are providing trauma-informed support through video training, weekly virtual group conversations, and partnership with the FiredFeds LinkedIn Group.
